Poivrons farcis au thon
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une entrée ou d'un repas bien frais, vous êtes en présence de la recette idéale!! Ce poivron farcis au thon est tout simplement un ravissement pour les papilles et est d'une fraîcheur bien agréable avec le retour des beaux jours! La farce au thon est subtilement épicée afin de la relever juste comme il faut afin de s'harmoniser parfaitement avec le poivron!
Ingrédients (pour 2 personnes):
-2,5 poivrons vert
-100g de thon
-100g de fromage frais
-1 oignon nouveau
-1 cuillère à café de moutarde
-1 cuillère à café d'aneth
-piment d'Espelette
-sel
Lavez les poivrons. Réservez le demi-poivron. Coupez délicatement le chapeau des deux poivrons puis retirez les graines et les parties blanches. Faites attention de ne pas abîmer les poivrons.
Faites bouillir de l'eau salé. Coupez le demi-poivron en tous petits dés. Plongez-les dans l'eau bouillante pour 3 minutes. Égouttez puis passez sous un filet d'eau froide.
Égouttez le thon, placez-le dans un bol et ajoutez-y le fromage frais, la moutarde et l'aneth. Écrasez à la fourchette.
Émincez finement les oignons. Ajoutez les dés de poivrons et les oignons à la préparation au thon et mélangez. Assaisonnez avec un peu de piment d'Espelette. Placez le mélange dans les poivrons crus, recouvrez avec leurs chapeaux. Réservez au frais environ une demi-heure avant de servir.

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
-2,5 green peppers
-3,5 oz. of tuna
-3,5 oz. of cream cheese
-1 spring onion
-1 teaspoon of mustard
-1 teaspoon of dill
-Espelette hot pepper
-salt
Wash the peppers. Put aside the half pepper. Cut delicately the "hat" of the two other peppers and take the seeds out and the white parts. Be careful not to damage the peppers.
Bring salty water to a boil. Cut the half pepper in small dices. Plunge it in the boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain it and then put it under cold water.
Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl and add the cream cheese, the mustard and the dill. Mash with a fork.
Mince thinly the onions. Add the dices of pepper and the onion to the tuna batter and mix. Season with a little bit of Espelette hot pepper. . Put the batter in the peppers, cover with their "hats". Put in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour before you serve.
